Board member

I’m currently a board member with a number of Micro-VCs/accelerators and startups.

Micro-VCs/Incubators

I’m on the board of Yushan Ventures (Europe and Asia) and Valley Connect (Europe).

I help them define their investment strategy, assess investment opportunities, work with some of their portfolio companies and connect them with other investors.

Startups

I tend to be an active board member. My interest is for the startups i’m on the board of to be successful and so I tend to be engaged in what they are doing and offer advice on go-to-market strategy, execution, customer development, fundraising, milestone planning & financial planning.

Once in a while i will also connect their startups with investors.
