Bio

I’ve been fortunate to hold senior executive positions with growing enterprises, combined with working with startups & VCs.

Enterprises – Growth Strategy/GM Emerging Business/COO

I established 3 new businesses/organizations with the company i was last with (NSDQ:ECIL):

  • I managed and grew a mobile business from inception to over $50M in revenues, leading to a new product line for the company.
  • I co-founded a $100M/400 employees global services & software division (16 locations around the globe). I was Head of Strategy/COO. The division doubled its revenues in 3 years.
  • I managed a consulting business unit within that division.
Prior to that i was with Cisco Systems as a Business Development/Channel Manager. I established the channels organizations and a 4 employees team was established to take over the business, upon my departure. The business tripled in 18 months to over $20M in revenues.
I’ve been a change-agent and left a long lasting legacy with every company i was with.
I’ve done a broad range of roles from business & corporate development, to product/services marketing and operations. I’ve negotiated and signed over two dozen alliances, managed the budget of a $100M business, led the annual planning of a 400 employees division, pioneered sales management, new market expansion and board reviews.
Startups, Incubators and Venture Capital
I worked with US Venture Partners, while at Stanford and formed ValYou, an online personalization and behavioral targeting, as a result of that work. I then joined a number of incubators/micro-VCs as a board member and/or mentor. Today i’m involved directly in five accelerators and two entrepreneurship programs. I have also been involved with a number of startups in different sectors: e-commerce, social music, business reviews & recommendation, SaaS etc.
I recently co-established 2020, a pre-seed pre-idea incubator that connects entrepreneurs with enterprise innovation.
Education
I’m an alumnus of the Sloan General Management Fellowship Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, the Wharton Executive Education (M&A, Alliances and Negotiations) and the Technion (MBA, BS.C Computer Engineering).
